Exchange infrastructure provider 0x is rolling out a new set of application programming interfaces (APIs) designed to provide developers the tools to build financial products for fast trading, better prices and an improved user experience. The Thursday announcement “represents a big shift for us,” according to 0x co-founder Will Warren in an interview with CoinDesk.
Swap API & Tx Relay API
The project includes five APIs, among them “Swap API” which connects developers to more than 100 exchanges, and “Tx Relay API” which enables trades without gas fees. With these two services, users are able to access better pricing options as well as improved user experience.

The 0x team has already helped build several popular retail-focused crypto wallets like Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet and MetaMask and now they are equipped to provide professional-grade tools to institutions as well as retail clients. This will help create more competitive markets and improve the quality of services offered in the crypto space.
